What payment methods do you take?
We accept payments through our shop via Paypal or any major credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
When can I expect my order to arrve?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can see exactly what day your order will arrive!
How do I manage my subscription?
You received an email when you purchased your first subscription product with a link to manage your subscriptions. If you can't find that email or aren't sure how to manage your subscription, please feel free to reach out to us and we can help.
What is your return policy?
Living Home is confident that you'll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you aren't happy with a product, we want to make things right!
We have a 30 days return policy from the date the order was placed for new or slightly used products only. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To return your products, please ship them in a flat-rate USPS envelope or box to:

Please be sure to include a note stating your name, address, and order number in the returned package.
We will issue a refund back to the original method of payment excluding all shipping charges within 1-2 business days of receiving the products.
We cannot provide a refund for returned products that have been mishandled or damaged by misuse.
Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
